Funny brand marketing and logo humor? Or exploiting a child’s cuteness to get almost 2 million views on YouTube?
… Not sure, but in either case it seems to have worked.
Plus, that whole McDonald’s logo being made out of bent french fries perspective is an interesting one. I’ll never get that one out of my head, I’m sure.
This is one of those videos that starts out funny, starts to get annoying, and then gets hilarious… just because of the repetition of absurdity. I can see why this one is going viral.
Not only that… take note of how they request other falling videos on Facebook at the end. Not only is this video something people will send to others, but it also encourages them to participate.
Sad thing is… I almost had a similar experience (except that I wasn’t working on mine at work). It’s one of the few times in my life that I enjoyed talking to lawyers. But I digress. Check out this funny comic on how to start your own internet business, Not:

I’m pretty sure this guy didn’t have his disclaimer reviewed by a lawyer before giving out real estate advice on this video.
This video disclaimer is funny, of course, but only if it’s never read by the FTC. Somehow, I think “suck” is not something well-defined in the law literature and could be open to interpretation.
